Scout Agent saves what calls and tasks reveal, like who answers faster by phone, and brings that to the next task.

[02]

Memory that stays current

Each week, Dreaming combines repeated facts and retires outdated ones, so Scout Agent works from what is true today.

[03]

Rules that don’t clash

Before you save a rule, Review checks it against the rest and flags conflicts, overlaps, and anything Scout Agent can’t do.

[ Test ]

Proven before a supplier hears from Scout. Run Scout Agent through the situations your team faces and grade every result. Runs are sandboxed, so nothing real goes out

[ Deploy ]

Live on your terms. Decide what Scout Agent may do alone and what waits for you, then set each channel live when you are ready

FAQ

Scout Agent is the supply chain agent built into Cartograph. Scout Agent takes on supplier-facing work, from confirming orders and chasing late shipments to expediting short parts. Scout Agent works by email and phone, from your records, and inside the rules your team sets.

Scout Agent comes ready for eight task types: confirming purchase orders, checking orders are on track, finding late or missing shipments, resolving mismatched deliveries, expediting late or short orders, delaying or reducing orders, verifying supplier lead times, and reviewing a supplier’s open orders. General tasks cover one-off work, and Pro and Enterprise customers can work with our team to enable custom task types.

When Scout Agent leads, Scout works the task end to end, including contacting the supplier, and pulls your team in for escalations and the approvals your rules require. When Scout Agent assists, your team keeps the task. Scout researches, plans, and drafts, and asks before every key action. Assisted tasks cost less.

You teach Scout Agent in the Train section. Knowledge holds the facts, articles, and documents Scout answers from. Guidance sets the tone and the rules to follow, Escalation says when to hand a task back, and Playbooks lay out the steps for each task type. Everything is written in plain language, and none of it needs engineering.

Yes. While working tasks, Scout Agent saves memories, such as a supplier’s habits or who answers faster by phone, and pulls facts out of calls. You can review, correct, or delete any memory, and Dreaming tidies them on a schedule. Your guidance and playbooks change only when your team changes them.

Yes. In Situations, you describe the cases your team runs into, run them all at once, and grade each result Good, Acceptable, or Poor. Runs are sandboxed: every email or call stops at the proposal, so nothing reaches a supplier.

Email and phone each start off, and you set them live one at a time. Permissions decide what Scout Agent may do when leading, when assisting, and in chat. Approval rules and contact limits make Scout ask first, and one switch turns Scout Agent off everywhere.

The Overview shows the share of tasks Scout Agent resolved alone, took part in, and resolved once involved, by task type and over time. Each task also gets a Scout Agent score on four performance criteria and is checked against five integrity criteria.

Per outcome, from $0.69. The charge depends on the task type, Scout Agent’s role, and the units completed, such as an order line or a shipment. Attempts, escalations, and tasks Scout couldn’t finish are never charged, and your whole team uses the Cartograph platform for free.
