Check every open order with the supplier before it surprises you
Cartograph regularly opens a task for every supplier with open orders, and Scout Agent sends the full list for the supplier to confirm or correct, so stale dates and orders that already shipped come to light before they hit a build
Your open orders match the supplier's. Scout Agent has each supplier confirm or correct every open line
[01]
Cartograph opens one review per supplier
A readiness signal opens one task for each supplier with open orders, and Scout Agent lists every open line with its quantity, requested date and confirmed date.
[02]
The supplier answers line by line
Scout Agent sends the whole list in one email. The supplier confirms or corrects each date on the same thread, and Scout Agent follows up on any line left open.
[03]
The new date lands on the order
Scout Agent records each confirmed or corrected date. Once your team approves a change, it's updated in your ERP.
[04]
No line goes unanswered
Scout Agent closes the task with what was confirmed, what changed and what went to your team, such as a line the supplier says already shipped.
Your team sets the limits. Test Scout Agent first without a supplier seeing anything, then decide what Scout may do without asking
[01]
Always allow, Needs approval or Never
Set each action Scout Agent can take, separately for tasks Scout leads and tasks Scout assists.

Scout Agent resolves this task end-to-end on its own, including interacting with external parties. Scout Agent pulls you in for escalations or when your approval is required.
Scout Agent assists
Scout Agent assists with the resolution, including researching, planning, and drafting communications. You approve all key actions, and can suggest alternatives.
Just me
Scout Agent will not run on this task.

Who works each task
Each task type sets whether Scout Agent leads or assists, and your team can change the role on any task, down to Just me.
[04]
A no comes with a reason
Decline a draft with a reason, and Scout Agent uses it to find a different way through.

Free for your whole team

Nothing for attempts
Attempts, escalations and tasks Scout couldn’t complete are never charged.

By default, once a week on Monday, with one task for each supplier with open orders. Your team can move the review to another weekday or turn it off.
One email with every open line in a table, asking them to confirm each date or send the corrected one. They reply on the same thread, with nothing to install and no account to make.
Scout Agent notes what the supplier said on the task and hands that line to your team, instead of leaving it open on the list. A corrected date that no longer meets the need is handed on for expediting.
Only as far as your permissions allow. Each action is set to Always allow, Needs approval or Never, and email and phone each stay off until your team sets them live.
Yes. Once the date is approved, it's updated on the order in your ERP. You choose which fields Cartograph may update, and every update is logged.
Cartograph syncs with SAP S/4HANA, on public cloud, private cloud or on-premise, and with QuickBooks Desktop. If you run something else, tell us and we will look at adding it.
