FAQ

Cartograph is software that keeps manufacturers’ supplier orders on track. It connects to your email and ERP, spots the orders that will arrive late or too early, and its assistant, Scout Agent, follows up with suppliers by email and phone until each one is sorted.

Manufacturers, from mid-size suppliers to large OEMs, and the buyers, planners, and operations teams who spend their days chasing suppliers.

It takes on the routine supplier work: confirming orders, checking they’re on track, chasing late shipments, asking suppliers to expedite or push out an order, and checking lead times. It finishes what it can on its own and hands the rest to your team.

Yes. You decide what Scout Agent can do on its own and what needs your approval. You can test it on real orders before any supplier hears from it, and every email, call, and change is logged.

No. Cartograph works alongside your ERP and writes confirmed dates back to it. It takes routine follow-up off your team so they can spend their time on decisions. It connects to SAP S/4HANA and QuickBooks Desktop today, and other systems are a conversation away.

Most tools tell you an order is late. Cartograph does something about it: it contacts the supplier, gets a firm date, and updates the order. And email and spreadsheets stop keeping up once you have hundreds of open orders.

The platform is free for your whole team. You pay for Scout Agent only when it completes a task, never for attempts or tasks it couldn’t finish.

Each company’s data sits in its own separate database and is encrypted. We don’t use your data to train outside AI models, and our AI providers have agreed not to keep it.
