Plan on lead times your suppliers have confirmed
Cartograph finds the parts whose lead time is missing, out of date or needed for a decision soon, and Scout Agent asks each supplier for the current number by email and phone
Old quotes stop steering your plan. Scout Agent asks each supplier for the current lead time on your parts
[01]
Cartograph picks the parts to confirm
Cartograph looks for supplied items with no lead-time evidence, evidence that is out of date, or a planning decision coming up. A readiness signal then opens one task per supplier, with the reasons attached.
[02]
The supplier answers in one table
Scout Agent asks for the lead time at the quantity you order. For several parts, the supplier confirms or corrects each row in one table on a secure page.
[03]
A big jump goes to your team first
Scout Agent notes whether each number is a quote or a recent actual. A lead time that grows by more than about 20% or a week goes to your team before it's recorded.
[04]
The part carries the current number
Scout Agent updates the lead time on the supplied item, and the task keeps the supplier's answer and the quantity it applies to, so the next plan uses what the supplier said.
Your team sets the limits. Test Scout Agent first without a supplier seeing anything, then decide what Scout may do without asking

Scout Agent leads
Scout Agent resolves this task end-to-end on its own, including interacting with external parties. Scout Agent pulls you in for escalations or when your approval is required.
Scout Agent assists
Scout Agent assists with the resolution, including researching, planning, and drafting communications. You approve all key actions, and can suggest alternatives.
Just me
Scout Agent will not run on this task.
[03]
Who works each task
Each task type sets whether Scout Agent leads or assists, and your team can change the role on any task, down to Just me.
[04]
A no comes with a reason
Decline a draft with a reason, and Scout Agent uses it to find a different way through.
Pay per lead time verified. The platform is free, and Scout Agent is charged only for completed outcomes
Free for your whole team
Charges apply only to enterprise capabilities, phone numbers and call minutes, and the work Scout Agent completes.
Priced per supplied item
Verifying the lead time of a supplied item costs $0.99 when Scout leads and $0.69 when Scout assists.
Nothing for attempts
Attempts, escalations and tasks Scout couldn’t complete are never charged.

Cartograph scores each supplied item on factors such as missing or out-of-date lead-time evidence, how soon a planning decision depends on it, how critical the part is and how reliable the supplier has been. Items above your minimum score go into one task per supplier. Admins set the weights and the minimum in the task type's settings.
Once an admin turns Triggers on, a readiness signal opens one task for each supplier with parts above your minimum score. Your team sets when it opens tasks and how parts are scored.
Only as far as your permissions allow. Each action is set to Always allow, Needs approval or Never, and email and phone each stay off until your team sets them live.
No. Scout Agent emails them, and they reply to a real inbox. For several parts at once, Scout Agent sends a link to one table on a secure page, with nothing to install and no account to make.
Scout Agent updates the lead time on the supplied item in Cartograph, and the task keeps the supplier's answer, the quantity it applies to and whether it's a quote or a recent actual. An increase of more than about 20% or a week goes to your team before it's recorded.
Scout Agent follows up and switches from email to phone, or back, if the first request goes unanswered. A part that still has no answer after the follow-ups goes to your team, with every attempt on the task.
