Purchase order confirmation

Get a real date on every purchase order line

Cartograph opens a task for each order with no confirmed date, and Scout Agent asks the supplier by email and phone, so your buyers stop chasing dates

You stop writing reminder emails. Scout Agent gets the date from the supplier, and you approve it

[01]

The missing date opens a task

Cartograph's readiness signals open a task for each order with no confirmed date, with the reason and the order attached.

[02]

Scout Agent asks the supplier

Scout Agent emails and calls the supplier for the date, within the permissions your team sets, and follows up inside the window you choose.

[03]

The answer stays on the task

The supplier's reply is marked the resolution, and every email and call transcript stays on the task for your team to check.

[04]

The date lands on the order

Once your team approves it, the confirmed date is updated in your ERP.

Your team sets the limits. Test Scout Agent first without a supplier seeing anything, then decide what Scout may do without asking

FAQ

The order still has no confirmed date, so a readiness signal opens a task for it. Your team or Scout Agent then asks the supplier for the date by email and phone, within the permissions your team sets.

By default, a readiness signal opens a task three days after an order is placed if a line still has no confirmed date. Your team sets when each readiness signal opens a task, and which orders it skips, such as those from a supplier you trust.

Only as far as your permissions allow. Each action is set to Always allow, Needs approval or Never, and email and phone each stay off until your team sets them live.

No. Scout Agent emails and calls them, and suppliers reply to a real inbox. When Scout Agent sends a table or a form to fill in, the supplier opens it on a secure page, with nothing to install and no account to make.

Yes. Once the date is approved, it's updated on the order in your ERP. You choose which fields Cartograph may update, and every update is logged.

Cartograph syncs with SAP S/4HANA, on public cloud, private cloud or on-premise, and with QuickBooks Desktop. If you run something else, tell us and we will look at adding it.
