Right task, right time
Cartograph opens each follow-up on the day it comes due and hands it to your team or Scout Agent, so nothing waits on someone remembering
The follow-ups that slip, started on time. Starter checks for orders, shipments, receiving, and suppliers are ready on day one
Tune to your risk appetite. Change when each check runs, which orders it skips, and what else it watches
[01]
Timing in plain words
Three days after an order goes out. The day a shipment is due. Every Monday. Each check runs exactly when you want it to.
[02]
Exceptions for the orders that differ
Skip orders from a supplier you trust, or check large orders sooner. Everything else follows the usual timing.
[03]
Triggers for your own task types
Watch the parts, suppliers, or deliveries that match your conditions, and open your own kind of task on your schedule.
[04]
Your team, Scout Agent, or both
Each task type sets who works it. Scout Agent can lead or assist your team, your team can set any task to Just me, and your assignment rules pick the owner.
See the work before it arrives. Five weeks of scheduled checks, each with the reason it will start
5 tasks scheduled for Sep 24
Nothing starts until you say so. And every task it opens explains itself
[01]
Preview first, then go live
Until an admin turns Triggers on, the schedule shows what would start. Turn them on when the schedule looks right.
[02]
Every task says why it started
Each task lands in the inbox with the reason it was opened, the record it concerns, and who is working it.
[03]
Your approval rules still apply
When Scout Agent works a task, your email and phone rules decide what it sends on its own and what waits for you.

They open tasks on a schedule. Each check watches your purchase orders, shipments, deliveries, or suppliers. When one comes due, Cartograph opens a task in the inbox, gives it an owner from your assignment rules, and hands it to your team or Scout Agent, as the task type says.
Once a day, each morning. Every check that has come due opens its task then. Triggers do not react the moment a record changes; they look again the next morning.
Yes. A date-based check runs a set number of days before, on, or after a date on the record, up to 60 days either way. A repeating check runs every day, every week on the day you pick, or every three months.
Yes. The order checks take exceptions, such as skipping orders from one supplier or checking large orders sooner. Exceptions are read in order and the first match wins. Orders that match none follow the usual timing.
Yes. A task type you create can have a trigger that watches purchase orders, order lines, deliveries, parts, suppliers, or supplied items matching your conditions. It opens a task on a schedule, or relative to a date on the record. Each task type has one trigger.
Triggers only open tasks and decide who works them. When Scout Agent works a task, what it sends follows the email and phone approval rules you already have, so anything outside them waits for a person.
Yes. Triggers stay off until an admin turns them on, and until then the schedule is a preview of what would start and when. Only admins can change the checks.
