Suppliers answer the way they always have
Scout Agent emails and calls in your name, works the follow-up until a date comes back, and hands the line to your team whenever you want it.
One task, whichever way they answer. Scout Agent emails and calls suppliers within the permissions your team sets, and keeps every answer on the order
[ Email ]
Email that does not give up. Written from what you have taught Scout Agent, sent from your address, and followed up on your schedule
[01]
Drafted in your voice
Every email draws on your Guidance, your Knowledge, and what Scout Agent remembers about the supplier.
[02]
The chase runs itself
When a wait runs out with no answer, Scout Agent wakes and follows up, inside the window you set.
[03]
The answer is always on top
The reply that answers the question is marked the resolution and shown first, with the chase folded away behind it.
[04]
From your address
Scout Agent sends from the address you connect and signs as itself, so suppliers reply to a real inbox.
[ Artifacts ]
Ask for more than a date. Send a table to check line by line, or a short form, and suppliers answer on a secure page that reports back to the task
Share records as rows, choose fields as columns, and collect responses.
[01]
Linked from the email
Scout Agent links the artifact in its email. The supplier opens it on a secure page, with nothing to install and no account to make.
[02]
Answers right where they're needed
Scout Agent and your team are notified when suppliers answer, so they can pick up where they left off.
[ Phone ]
Calls that get the answer, not a callback. Objectives and a plan keep every call on track, whether Scout Agent or your team is on the line
[01]
Call objectives
What the call has to achieve, set before anyone dials, whether Scout Agent or someone on your team makes the call. Each objective has markers of success, and counts as met only when they are.
[02]
Call plan
The steps to get there, in order. The plan moves on as each one is done, whoever is on the line, and anyone can follow along live.
[01]
Your team can step in mid-call
Listen in, or take the line. Scout Agent tells the supplier you are joining, hands over, and keeps suggesting what to ask.
[02]
Every call ends with a result
See which objectives were met, and what was agreed goes straight onto the order.
[03]
Asked to stop, it stops
Scout Agent respects requests to no longer be called, and escalates them to your team.
Hand over the work without handing over control. Set up each channel so Scout Agent acts only as far as you are comfortable
Scout Agent calls when a call will move the task forward, like a date that email has not got back. You can pause the channel at any time.
[01]
You are in control
Email and phone each start off. Until one is live, anything that needs it goes to your team.
[02]
Their hours, not yours
Calls go out only inside the hours you set, in the supplier's own time zone.
[03]
Asks before it pushes too hard
Once the same address or number has been contacted as often as you allow, Scout Agent asks you before it tries again.

Yes. Scout Agent introduces itself by name and says who it is calling for. It does not pretend to be a person, and where the law requires it, the recording notice or consent is part of the opener.
Yes. Neither channel sends anything until you set it live, and you set them live one at a time. Until then, anything that needs an email or a call goes to your team.
You set the window between follow-ups, one to seventy-two hours to start. A reply that answers the question resolves the thread, and the chase ends there.
When email has stalled and the date still is not confirmed. Calls are placed only inside the calling hours you set in Settings, in the other person's local time zone.
Two things. Scout Agent asks for your approval once the same number has been contacted four times in eight hours, and you can change both numbers. And Scout Agent respects requests to no longer be called, and escalates them to your team.
Yes. You can listen in, or take over, and Scout Agent tells the supplier you are joining before handing you the line. Once you are on the call, it stays with you and Scout Agent keeps suggesting what to ask.
Yes. Scout Agent can link an artifact in its email: a table of records for the supplier to confirm or correct row by row, or a form that asks one question at a time. The supplier opens it on a secure page, and the responses come back to the task.
A result on the task: which objectives the call met, and anything the supplier agreed to, like a new ship date, which Scout Agent writes back to the order.
