You can watch Scout work
Every search, read, and draft is named as it happens, and the plan Scout is following stays visible.
Scout drafts. You decide. The work lands in your composer and your queue, not in a black box

Changes stop and ask
Anything that moves work shows exactly what would change before it happens, and declining tells Scout Agent why, so Scout can try another way.

FAQ
Your records, your tasks, your email and call history, your team's knowledge library, and the public web. Scout reads email through your own access, so you never see mail you could not open yourself.
No. When you ask from a page, the conversation carries that record's identity, not the words rendered on it. Scout Agent then opens the record properly, through the same authorized read your account would make.
No. Scout writes the draft, addressed and ready, and the same draft sits in the thread's composer. Nothing goes out until you press Send. Scout Agent sends without you only on a task you have handed over, on a channel you have set live, never from a chat.
In the default mode, Ask for approval, Scout writes drafts and keeps a plan without asking, and asks before creating or changing a task. A task change shows each field that would change. Editing records, filing mail, managing folders, and working the app's controls unlock only when you switch that conversation to Full access. Even then, changing a task, editing a record, and anything irreversible wait for your approval.
Nothing runs. You can tell Scout Agent why, and Scout uses your reason to try another way instead of asking you the same thing again.
Your past conversations stay in your session history, where you can find them by title. Scout Agent can also save facts about how you work, so you do not repeat yourself. That personal memory is yours, and you can turn it off.
