Every number, with the records to prove it
Chart your records and tasks, see which parts run short and in which week, and drill any insight back to ground truth
Ask the question. Get the chart. Scout Agent runs the same report you would have built, and you keep it with one click
[01]
All you need is ask
Ask in your own words. Scout Agent draws the chart in the conversation and tells you what it shows, from the same data you would have charted.
[02]
Or: Click. Click. Chart.
Pick what to measure, how to group it, and over what period. The chart updates as you go, before you save anything.

Get to the bottom of it
Trace any number back to the records and tasks behind it, and from each task to the emails and calls it holds.

Current when you look
Rest assured that dashboards stay up to date in real time, so you always know where every order stands.
See what runs short, and in which week. Every part, projected forward from the orders, deliveries, and demand already on your record
[01]
Built the way you build
Look by the hour, the day, or the week, group by supplier, location, or item type, and count planned orders to see what they would cover.
[02]
Every shortage explains itself
Point at a week and it tells you the projected balance, and how much is coming in and going out.
[03]
Narrow to what you own
Filter by supplier, location, item type, or SKU, so a buyer sees their parts and a plant sees its own.

FAQ
Your records and your tasks: suppliers, orders, order lines, parts, deliveries, and the work your team and Scout Agent do on them. You can reach one relationship away, so a report on order lines can group by the supplier behind them.
You can, and it takes a few clicks rather than a query. Or you ask Scout Agent in a sentence and it runs the same report, draws the same chart, and offers to keep it on a dashboard.
Click it. Any bar, slice, stage, or table cell opens the records that make it up. Scout Agent reads from the same engine with your own permissions, so it cannot show you anything you could not open yourself.
No, and that matters. Line of balance projects a running balance forward from the supply and demand already on your record: open purchase orders, delivery schedules, production orders, and sales orders. It tells you what your current commitments add up to, rather than guessing at future demand.
A week is a stockout when the projected balance drops to zero or below, and below safety when it falls under the reorder point on the part. A frozen column counts how many weeks in view are short, so you can sort straight to the worst parts.
A dashboard is private until you publish it, and publishing shares it with everyone in your workspace. Its creator and your admins can change it; everyone else reads it.
Not today. Dashboards keep themselves current while they are open, and you can download any report's figures as CSV from its editor.
Reporting and the Line of balance are rolling out. Ask us to turn them on for your workspace.
