Know exactly why Scout needs you

A blue mark means a task is waiting on a person, and it always says why.

Late plans speak up early

When the steps left cannot finish before the due date, the plan says so while there is still time to trim, run steps side by side, or escalate.

Ready for the work you already do

Nine supply chain task types ship with the product, from confirming an order to expediting a late one. Add your own for anything else.

Hand it off. Stay in charge. You set what Scout Agent may send on its own, and you can read back every decision either of you made

FAQ

No. You connect the mailbox you already use, and Cartograph reads and sends through it. Mail you archive, move, or delete here is archived, moved, or deleted in your real mailbox too, so the two never disagree.

Yes. Give your workspace its own address, such as purchasing@, and it appears as a team inbox with its own folders. Any thread can also be shared with everyone on its task or with your whole workspace, so nobody forwards a chain.

A task is the work itself, with an owner, a due date, a priority, and a plan of steps. Emails and calls attach to it, so the thread is the evidence and the task is what has to happen. Both arrive in the same queue.

Only when it leads a task and your settings let it send from that mailbox. Otherwise it asks first. You see the draft, who it goes to, and why you are being asked, and you can change the draft before you approve it.

Scout Agent reads each new thread. When the thread concerns work already open, it suggests linking the two, and one click does it. A linked thread leaves your mail list and sits on the task with the rest of its history.

It stops and flags the task for attention instead of guessing. The flag always gives one of four reasons: it hit a problem, it needs your input, the work is behind schedule, or the task was started without the details its type requires.
