Find every late shipment before it holds up a build
When a delivery hasn't arrived, Cartograph opens a task. Scout Agent emails the supplier and the carrier, and calls the supplier if email goes unanswered, so your team knows where the parts are and when they'll arrive
Late shipments get a date you can plan on. Scout Agent asks the supplier and the carrier where the shipment is
[01]
The delivery doesn't arrive
When a delivery is due, Cartograph looks at whether the goods were received. If they weren't, a readiness signal opens a task with the reason and the order attached.
[02]
Scout Agent asks the supplier and the carrier
Scout Agent first rules out goods that arrived and were never booked. Then Scout Agent asks the supplier whether the order shipped and sends the carrier a tracer request at the same time.
[03]
Your team learns where the parts are
The reply that answers it is marked the resolution: in transit with a new date, delivered, or lost. A lost shipment goes to your team to decide whether to replace the parts or wait.
[04]
The new date lands on the order
Once your team approves it, the new date is updated in your ERP. If the parts will now arrive after they run short, a readiness signal opens an expedite task for the order.
Your team sets the limits. Test Scout Agent first without a supplier seeing anything, then decide what Scout may do without asking

By default, a readiness signal opens a task on the day a delivery is due if the goods haven't been received in full. Your team sets when each readiness signal opens a task, and which orders it skips, such as those from a supplier you trust.
Yes. Before contacting anyone, Scout Agent checks your receiving across every dock and order number, because goods that arrived and were never booked are a common false alarm.
Scout Agent asks the supplier whether the order shipped, when, and with which carrier and tracking number. Scout Agent sends the carrier a tracer request, and if the carrier shows the shipment as delivered, asks for the proof of delivery.
Scout Agent records what the supplier and the carrier said, and your team decides whether to replace the parts or wait.
Yes. Once the date is approved, it's updated on the order in your ERP. You choose which fields Cartograph may update, and every update is logged.
Cartograph syncs with SAP S/4HANA, on public cloud, private cloud or on-premise, and with QuickBooks Desktop. If you run something else, tell us and we will look at adding it.
