This Usage Policy is incorporated into the Commercial Terms. It applies to every Customer, Authorized User, instruction, integration, communication, output, and action involving Cartograph.
Customer is responsible for activity under its workspace and must use reasonable safeguards appropriate to its people, data, recipients, and decisions.
1. Lawful and authorized use
Do not use Cartograph to violate law, another person’s rights, a contractual duty, or a legally binding restriction. Do not submit, access, disclose, or direct Cartograph to obtain information without the rights, authority, notices, lawful bases, and consents required for that activity.
Do not use Cartograph for fraud, deception, identity theft, impersonation, harassment, stalking, discrimination, exploitation, or conduct that foreseeably causes physical, financial, reputational, or privacy harm.
2. Security and platform integrity
Do not probe, scan, disrupt, overload, bypass, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or another workspace. Do not introduce malware, exfiltrate secrets, evade rate limits or safety controls, share credentials, or use automated means except through supported product and API interfaces.
Do not use the Service, its outputs, or Cartograph Technology (as defined in the Commercial Terms) to build a competing service or train a model that substitutes for Cartograph, and do not copy or replicate the Service’s features, workflows, agent configurations, or user interface, except where a signed Enterprise Agreement permits it. Good-faith security research must follow Cartograph’s published vulnerability-disclosure process.
3. Communications and recording
Do not send spam, unlawful marketing, deceptive messages, or communications to recipients who have opted out or appear on an applicable suppression or do-not-call list. Customer must comply with identification, consent, calling-hour, automated-voice, telemarketing, email, and messaging rules.
Do not record or transcribe a call without every notice and consent required in the relevant jurisdictions. Do not conceal that a recipient is interacting with AI where disclosure is required or where omission would be deceptive. Honor requests to stop, reach a person, or avoid future contact.
4. High-impact decisions and professional use
Do not use Cartograph as the sole basis for decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on a person, including employment, housing, education, credit, insurance, healthcare, legal services, essential services, or law enforcement. A qualified person must independently review relevant information, legal obligations, and the proposed decision.
Do not present Cartograph output as professional legal, medical, financial, accounting, safety, or engineering advice without review by a properly qualified person.
5. Prohibited content and data
Do not use Cartograph to create or distribute content that is illegal, exploitative, sexually abusive, threatening, defamatory, or designed to facilitate serious wrongdoing. Do not intentionally submit children’s data, regulated health data, full payment-card data, biometric templates, government identifiers, or large-scale special-category data unless Cartograph has expressly approved the use in writing.
6. Enforcement
Cartograph may investigate suspected violations and restrict a user, recipient, number, integration, feature, or workspace where reasonably necessary to prevent harm, comply with law, protect the Service, or enforce this Policy. Where practicable, Cartograph will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
Report suspected abuse to hello@cartograph.ai. Cartograph may update this Policy prospectively under the change procedure in the Commercial Terms.
