These Service-Specific Terms supplement the Commercial Terms for the features Customer uses. They control only for the relevant feature and only where they expressly differ from the Commercial Terms.
1. AI-assisted features and actions
Cartograph selects AI models and infrastructure based on the enabled feature, availability, performance, region, customer configuration, and security requirements. Customer authorizes Cartograph to route Customer Content to approved model providers as necessary to provide an enabled feature. Those providers are subprocessors when they process Customer Personal Data for Cartograph.
Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, or similar to output provided to others. Proposed actions may not operate as intended. Customer must review outputs and actions in light of the source records and consequences. Product approvals reduce but do not eliminate Customer’s responsibility.
Cartograph will not use identifiable Commercial Customer Content to train third-party or general-purpose foundation models. A customer may separately authorize an evaluation or fine-tuning project only through a signed Enterprise Agreement that identifies the data, model, purpose, retention, and resulting rights.
Customer must provide a clear AI-interaction disclosure where law requires or a person would otherwise reasonably believe they are communicating only with a human. Customer may not remove a Cartograph-provided disclosure where it is required for the configured use.
2. Calls, voice, SMS, and transcripts
Customer is the initiator and sender of customer-directed calls and messages. Customer is responsible for recipient selection, campaign purpose, calling hours, do-not-call and suppression lists, consent to automated or artificial voice, caller identification, recording and transcription notices, and every other communication requirement.
Cartograph may provide phone numbers, call routing, AI voice, live transcription, summaries, and suppression controls through communications providers. Availability and emergency-calling support vary. Customer must not use Cartograph for emergency services or circumstances where a failed or delayed call could cause injury or material harm.
Unless the Service expressly states otherwise, Cartograph stores call transcripts rather than durable call-audio recordings. Provider systems process audio while a call is active. Any stored recording is subject to the retention, notice, and consent controls shown for that feature.
3. Email and connected mailboxes
Customer may connect a mailbox or use a workspace address only if it is authorized to access and send from that account or domain. Customer authorizes Cartograph to retrieve, store, analyze, draft, and send email and attachments according to enabled permissions, approvals, and workflows.
Customer must comply with anti-spam, sender-identification, unsubscribe, employment, monitoring, and confidentiality rules. Customer is responsible for distribution lists, suppression, recipient expectations, and review of AI-drafted content. Cartograph may restrict sending volume, recipients, attachments, or domains to prevent abuse or provider suspension.
4. Integrations and customer-directed recipients
When Customer connects Microsoft 365, an ERP, accounting system, mapping service, document processor, or another third party, Customer directs Cartograph to exchange the selected information with that service. Customer is responsible for the third-party account, permissions, configuration, and terms.
Cartograph may cache, transform, index, or reconcile information as necessary for the integration. A third party may change or withdraw an interface, and Cartograph does not guarantee continued compatibility. Removing an integration stops new access but may not delete information already imported into the workspace or delivered to the third party.
5. Google Maps features
Address-enrichment features may send business address fields to Google Maps Platform and receive formatted addresses, components, coordinates, precision, status, and place identifiers. Customer must have the right to submit the address and should not use the feature for residential addresses or sensitive personal locations.
Use of Google Maps content is subject to Google’s applicable terms and privacy policy. Cartograph may cache results for efficiency in accordance with provider rules and documented retention.
6. Beta and evaluation services
Alpha, beta, pilot, preview, and evaluation features may be incomplete, change without notice, produce unexpected results, or be discontinued. They are provided without service levels, support commitments, warranties, or data-residency commitments. Customer should not use them for production-critical or legally significant activity unless a signed Enterprise Agreement says otherwise.
Cartograph may collect additional operational feedback and diagnostics about a beta feature, but Customer Content remains subject to the Commercial Terms and DPA.
