Cartograph is a United States business service. Self-serve availability depends on the customer organization’s principal location, not a user’s temporary location or IP address.
1. Available for self-serve use
- United States. Business and professional use in the 50 states and District of Columbia.
- European Union. Business and professional use in EU member states, subject to the DPA and applicable transfer safeguards.
- Canada outside Quebec. Business and professional use under applicable Canadian federal, Alberta, and British Columbia private-sector requirements.
- Honduras. Business and professional use, subject to the DPA and applicable Honduran law.
The Service and legal documents are available in English only. Customers are responsible for giving their own personnel, contacts, and communication recipients notices in a language and form those people can understand.
3. Organization location
A workspace administrator must provide the organization’s principal country and, for a Canadian organization, province. The administrator represents that the information is accurate and will notify Cartograph before the principal location changes.
Cartograph may use billing or network information to identify inconsistent location information, but does not treat IP geolocation alone as the organization’s contractual location. Cartograph may suspend access if a workspace is established in or materially operated from an unavailable region.
4. Changes
Cartograph may add, restrict, or remove a region based on law, provider availability, security, sanctions, communications rules, or operational readiness. A material restriction affecting an active paid Customer will receive reasonable notice where practicable.
